Paul Allen is 8X founder, including Ancestry and Soar. Ancestry is the world’s leading provider of family history information. It has one of the largest databases of historical records and millions of customers. Ancestry strives to help you understand your genealogy.
Recently Paul Allen has become our adviser. We really appreciate this fact, as Paul has great experience in founding products and holds the same values dear that we do.
Paul initially intended to be a professor. But accidently, he became an entrepreneur by building a product with his best friend. Paul fell in love with entrepreneurship and decided to learn everything about it. Then Paul also spent nearly six years as the Global Strengths Evangelist at Gallup, where he helped over 20 million people find their strengths.
Paul’s main goal is to use technology to help humanity thrive. He believes that humans are the most wonderful creatures. Paul emphasizes that we need to determine our identity and find strength to maximize our time spent on Earth.
Today Paul runs Soar and mentors founders, who believe they can create companies which will improve the world. The main idea of Soar is that better communication practices are the first step in building better workplaces.
Iryna Savytska, CEO and CO-Founder of Bank of Memories, did an extremely interesting podcast for Soar.
